Delicious breakfast shake that is also healthy for you. Created it myself and was happy with the results. Here’s the quick and easy recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop whey vanilla protein
- 1 cup oatmeal (dried oats)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 cut up banana
Directions:
Just blend all ingredients together in a Nutri Bullet, or any other type of blender and enjoy 🙂
